N1 North to Beaufort West, then N9 through Graff-Reinett then turn off onto the N10 to Cradock
From KZN:

N2 South to Port Shepstone, then inland to Kokstad.

R617 to Underberg – Franklin – Kokstad

R56 to Cedarville – Matatiele – Mount Fletcher – Maclear – Ugie – Elliot
Indwe – Dordrecht – Molteno
R390 to Steynsburg – Hofmeyr – Cradock

Then 7 km after Elliot turn left onto the
R359 to Cala – Lady Frere At T-Junction turn left onto the
R392 to Queenstown. After Queenstown, turn left onto the
R61 to Tarkastad – Cradock

Stay on the N2 and travel through Umtata to East London, and then to Queenstown (on the N6)
